Policies:
When you book a reservation we need 50% down in 7 days and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you wish to use a credit card you must have access to a fax machine.
We
will fax you a form you can fill out. The full amount will be charged
to your credit card. If you need to cancel you must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival.
You will get a refund less, 20% service charge. If you cancel less than 30 days prior,
there will be no refund until after the reservation days, and a refund will be made if we
re-rent the space, less 20% service charge.
